Cancellation and no show policy

Due to our 24 hour cancellation and no show policy, We require credit card information on file to reserve appointment spots. Cancelled appointments after the 24 hour window will result in a 50% charge of the regular service price and no showed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the regular service price.

I understand that life can be hectic and appointments can be forgotten so a confirmation email or text will be sent out prior to the appointment date and time. Just a friendly reminder, please be considerate of your stylists' time and schedule.

All services preformed will require a client intake form to be filled out and signed. 

A patch test for eyelash extension adhesive is not mandatory, but it is offered. All patch tests are complimentary.

Complementary consultations are always offered and gladly welcomed! 

If allergic reaction does occur, lashes can be removed complimentary before 48 hours. After that the lash removal fee will be charged. A lash removal fee will be charged for removal of all other stylists work.

There are no refunds on lash,brow, or waxing services.

If a client no shows, the following appointment will need to be paid before the time of service.
